From his presentation in front of the Committee of the Finances in the end of July, 2009, Jean-François Lamour confirmed that the law would never be ready at the beginning of 2010. Finally examined by members of parliament of the National Assembly on Wednesday, October 7th, the law was the object of big discussions to be finally voted in first reading on Tuesday, October 13th. It’s shure that the calendar will not be held and the most pessimistic forecasts speak about an application in the beginning of 2011.
